Geotechnologies in Action!
On our class trip to Danforth CTI we learned how to use a GPS device to navigate around and digital cameras to keep a record of our findings. Then we got to make our very own colourful and detailed maps. Click on the photo for the slideshow.

Remembrance Day Poem
Let us be those who remember the veterans who fought and often died for our freedom in Canada. Add your thoughts by continuing our class poem which we will be presenting at our assembly next Friday.
As you can see, my dad is a veteran of WWII (pictured with Mayor David Miller during a Remembrance Day ceremony) so I have heard of just some of the sacrifices so many have made for us.
Here's my idea for the first line:
Many have fought and died so we can be free...
What's the next line?
It doesn't have to rhyme, but it could end with "country", "liberty", "WWIII", or "me", etc. Please feel free to revise or comment where necessary. If each person adds just 1 line, we'll be done in no time. Remember, we need to have something ready by early next week so we can finalize and rehearse so post your ideas ASAP!
